From mayonnaise to hot and spicy sauces or bouillons to marinades, the Four Seasons range is extensive and offers something for everyone whatever their line of business.

Here’s a taster of the range;

Words cannot describe the rich and luxurious taste of our famous Mayonnaise – one taste and you will understand why businesses are built on it. Using only the finest natural ingredients, you can rest assured that this mayonnaise can be used on its own or as a base for a whole host of recipes.

Available in 4.5 litre, 10 litre and 15.5 litres.

Nothing else can compare to the uncompromising flavour of our sauces – a taste that has come to define the very meaning of quality throughout the culinary world. This incredible wide range of delicious flavoured sauces suits all needs and seasonal demands and can be used hot or cold to enhance any meal.

Our unique range of creamy and vinaigrette dressings leave all mouths watering. Taste the finer things in life with the perfect fusion flavours that make our dressings the perfect blend of pure indulgence. Popular choices are French Dressing, Fire Roasted Tomato and Blue Cheese.

Our Bouillons add natural flavour and value to every meal whether it’s a soup, stock, gravy or casserole. Choose from the delicious full flavour of whole roasted chicken, the freshest white North Atlantic fish, fresh garden vegetables, the taste of roast gammon and smoked bacon or a rich beef bouillon. All are free from artificial colours and flavours and are low in fat and salt.

Available in 800g pots which make 50-55 litres when correctly diluted.

Using only the very best glazes and marinades, our exciting range of flavours cater for all your quality needs whatever your business. The range includes instant glazes and marinades in powder form to transform meat, poultry and fish into a host of mouth-watering dishes and a range of flavouring and marinating products for texture coating meats and poultry.

Current sizzlers are Garden Mint and Bar-b-q Flava-Glaze and Steakado Peppersteak Flava-Tex.

Available in 2.5kg pots or 10kg buckets to order.

Our full range of mustards and sauces caters for all the trade, giving excellent quality at competitive prices. Choose from a large range including Mango Chutney, staple Tomato Ketchup or English Mustard.

Available in a variety of sizes depending on the sauce choice.

For over a hundred years, Marcantonio wafers have been used by the finest restaurants, hotels and ice cream parlours. Our customers know that a crisp and attractive wafer biscuit can transform the simplest ice cream into something special. Choose from Florentine Fan Wafers with a unique design allowing them to be served whole or separated or Rossini Choc Twist Wafer which are crisp rolled wafer biscuits lined on the inside with a rich chocolate flavour coating making them perfect for Ice Cream or for serving with tea and coffee.
