Salami and Blue Cheese Potato Salad
Mix slices of salami with fresh peach or mango and cooked potatoes and mix with Blue Cheese dressing. Serve on sun dried tomato bread.
Sweet Chilli and Cranberry Coleslaw
Shred 700g white cabbage and 100g red cabbage and grate 100g carrots. Mix together well with 400g mayonnaise, 150g sweet chilli sauce and 100g dried or frozen cranberries.
