Mexican Bean Bake
Fry some roughly cut onions and mixed peppers and then add a selection of ready cooked tinned beans. Add Mesquite sauce to thoroughly coat beans and spoon mixture into individual dishes. Top with a mixture of cheese and finish under the grill. Serve with garlic bread and a salad with a sour cream and chive dressing. Can also be mixed with chicken or mince.
Crispy Mexican Chicken (hot special)
Mix grated cheese with kidney beans and cooked chicken. Use to stuff a chicken breast and then coat in flour, egg and seasoned breadcrumbs and bake in oven. Serve with mesquite sauce and soured cream and chives.
Moroccan Orange Lamb Casserole
Fry diced red onions and mix with cooked lamb chunks, kidney beans and Moroccan Orange dressing. Heat in oven and serve with rice.
Fire Roasted Lamb and Red Peppers
Mix diced red peppers, black olives and sun blushed tomatoes with cooked lamb chunks and fire roasted tomato dressing and heat in oven. Serve with rice and a green salad.
American Style BBQ Sticky Ribs
Cook belly ribs in steamer oven and chill. Mix with BBQ sauce with 25% brown sugar and coat ribs well with sauce. Place in hot oven for 20 minutes until heated well.
Fire Roasted Tomato Meat Balls
Make a simple meat ball using mince steak or lamb mince, onion and herbs. Pour over fire roasted tomato dressing and roast for 20-30 minutes covered.
Louisiana Burger
Slice a burger bun and toast. Layer with shredded lettuce, onion and tomato and lay a juicy burger on top. Mix 1 part mayonnaise with 1 part Cajun sauce and pour over burger. Serve with fries.
